Standard Shipping Costs
- Orders Over $6,000 = Free Shipping
- Orders Under 150lbs = UPS shipping rates
- Orders Over 150lbs = Flat-Rate or Freight-Shipping

Common Shipping FAQs
How long will it take to receive my shipment?
Orders are processed by our warehouse team and sent out within 24 hours. As soon as your order is processed and picked up by the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with a package tracking code. Shipping can take anywhere from the next day to two-weeks depending on the weight of the cargo and the chosen shipping method.
Where is my order shipped from?
Your order is strategically matched with the closest EquipXR warehouse to your location that carries the product(s) you ordered. If an order requires multiple parts that are stored at two different warehouses, the order will be packaged and shipped separately.

EquipXR has 12+ warehouses located throughout the United States, and our headquarters is in Dayton, Ohio.
Are there any shipping discounts?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $6,000.
We also build strong relationships with carriers and aftermarket suppliers to ensure reliable and prompt delivery of your construction equipment parts. For recurring orders, we can prearrange shipping details to ensure parts are delivered faster and at a lower rate.
Product Returns Policies & Information
At EquipXR, we offer a standard 30-day return policy on all our parts.
If there’s an error on our part, such as an incorrect item based on your provided machine make and model, or a wrongly labeled part number, we’ll rectify the issue promptly. We’ll arrange for the return or exchange of the item at no expense to you. (We are committed to customer service, and providing operators with the correct part is crucial to building longterm relationships, so we have established multiple checks and procedures to prevent issues like these from occurring on our end.)
For cases where an item is no longer needed or the wrong item was ordered by a customer’s mistake, we’re still here to help. We’ll accept returns within 30 days, provided the customer covers the return shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee. Please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded in these instances. Orders or specific items that initially qualified for free shipping but are to be returned will require the customer to cover the return shipping cost.
